World Taekwondo Poomsae Championship 2026 - TNZ Team

Athlete expression of interest for the 2026 Oceania Poomsae Championships and WT World Poomsae Championships.

For those Poomsae athletes who wish to put forward their Expression of Interest to be selected to attend the 2026 World Taekwondo Poomsae Championship in Chuncheon, Korea, 16 - 20 September and/or the 2026 Oceania Poomsae Championships.

The form below must be filled out and submitted by 8th March 2026.

• 04 Apr 2026   Tauranga Open (Tauranga)

•   23 May 2026              Compete at Kukkiwon Cup (Christchurch) - Tournament

•   24 May 2026              NZL Team training (Christchurch, Dojang TBC)         

• 17 Jun 2026                NZL Team training, Gold Coast

• 18-21 Jun 2026           Australia Open, Oceania Championships and President’s Cup

• Jul 2026                      NZL Team training TBC

• Aug 2026                    NZL Team training TBC

• 13-15 Sep 2026           NZL Team training, South Korea

• 16-20 Sep 2026           World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships, Chuncheon

Important note: All costs associated with travel and attending the WT World Poomsae Championships for athletes, support persons, and coaches are to be self-funded. TNZ is unable to provide financial support.
