Strategic plan 2020 - 2024

Our Strategic Plan has 6 core values that our organisation stands behind. Our vision and mission statements are what provide our drive for success as a governing body of Taekwondo in New Zealand. Our critical success factors are what we determine to be the ‘make or break’ pillars of our organisation and without these, our organisation would not be serving our members to the best of its ability. The strategies and corresponding objectives provide the foundations at operational level to undertake our vision and mission.

We have adopted what we believe to be best practice into our strategic plan and tailored this to suit our purpose.
